I am unable to use my Trimmer head due to the fact I'm unable to attach it to my Trimmer. I did not receive any instructions.I tried to contact your company to no avail.
The instalation kit that was included with the cutting blade would not work and there was no modify availabe for my trimmer I was told. I sent pictures and it seemed like no one looked at them, you can not round bushing on square drive shaft
Easy to operate. Clean tool since stainless. Works great!
The package arrived with no paperwork. No instructions or way to send item back. I have no idea how to use this thing. I want a refund
