Full Cup Pads Large Size Breathable Bras for Ladys Women

This is the e-mail I sent on 3/16/24 after a month of waiting for the delivery. "I received 2 bras. They do not fit. They say 3XL, however the cups are smaller then a "B" cup. It took almost 3 weeks to receive them. I am requesting a refund but do not know how to proceed. Please advise me how to return them and receive a refund." It is now 4/24/24 and I have not received any reply.

You sent me the wrong size. I don't know how to return these. If they had been the right size, I think I would have liked them.
