Instructions were totally wrong!
Actually went to u tube after much frustration. Emails to your company were never returned. Thank goodness I had someone who actually get it to work. Instructions were definitely BAD!!
Didn't receive my product yet I sent you messages already stated that I didn't received it yet what is the status now
The instructions are so small I cannot read them, but what I can make out, they appear to be greatly lacking in detail. The dash cam is sitting on my desk until I can figure it out SOMEHOW!
Holder doesn’t fit in camera
I tried a number of times and I just can’t get it to sink with my phone.I bought 2 of them. I’m trying to find a tech guy who’s able to get it to work.
